Questions about paid ads we always hear
Honest answers to the things every business owner asks before running ads for the first time, or switching agencies.
Do I pay you for the ad spend, or separately? +
Your ad spend goes directly to Google, Meta, TikTok or YouTube, billed to your own account or card. We charge a separate management fee. We never mark up your budget or take a percentage of spend. You always have full visibility into exactly where your money is going.
How much should I spend on ads? +
It depends on your industry, market and goals. We’ll give you a specific recommendation in your free audit call. Generally, we suggest starting with enough budget to generate meaningful data, typically $500–$1,500 a month minimum for a single platform, to see real results within 30–60 days.
How long before I see results? +
Most campaigns show meaningful signals within 2–4 weeks as the algorithm learns. Google Search campaigns often produce leads within the first week. Social campaigns typically take 4–6 weeks to optimize fully. We set honest expectations upfront. No promises of overnight miracles.
Do you create the ad visuals and copy? +
Yes, entirely in-house. Our creative team handles all static graphics, short-form video ads, headlines and ad copy. We don’t outsource creative to freelancers or use generic templates. Everything is built specifically for your brand and your audience.
What if I’ve run ads before and they didn’t work? +
This is the most common situation we walk into. Bad results from previous ads almost always come from one of three things: wrong audience targeting, weak creative, or sending traffic to a page that doesn’t convert. Our free audit will identify exactly what went wrong and show you what we’d do differently.
Do you require a long-term contract? +
We ask for a 3-month minimum commitment on all ad management plans. Ads need time to optimize; 30 days isn’t enough to build real momentum. After 3 months, we go month to month. Most clients stay for years because the results speak for themselves.
