The company

Who we are.

Is Listed Virtual, formerly ZM3DIA, a new company?

No. It is the same agency with a new name. Listed Virtual, formerly ZM3DIA, has the same founder, the same team, the same clients and the same prices. The name changed in October 2026, zm3dia.com now forwards to listedvirtual.com, and Zack’s email is zack@listedvirtual.com. Before it was ZM3DIA, the agency was Wysocki Creative.

Who founded Listed Virtual, formerly ZM3DIA, and what is his background?

Zack Wysocki founded the agency and runs it from Santa Monica. He has spent twenty-two years building brands, fifteen of them in Los Angeles real estate, and has marketed $2.9 billion of Los Angeles real estate.

He was digital marketing director for a top-5 nationally ranked team with a $6.5 billion portfolio, then spent seven years as director of marketing for Keller Williams Beverly Hills, a 600-agent office doing $2 billion a year, then ran the marketing operations behind an eXp Luxury team. Before real estate, he was on the founding team of Kringle Candle in Western Massachusetts.

Who actually does the work?

Zack sets the strategy and reviews everything before it goes out. A brand and web designer, a social content designer, a paid ads manager, a CRM and email automation specialist and a video editor do the production. You have one point of contact and one number to text.

Where is Listed Virtual based, and where do you work?

Santa Monica, California. Most of our agents are on the Westside, in Malibu, the Valley and the South Bay. The work is fully remote, so the same plans work anywhere in California, and brokerages and brands come to us from across the country.

Does Listed Virtual provide ongoing marketing support after the initial project?

Yes. Ongoing support is most of what we do. Most clients are on a monthly plan that runs their marketing every month: listings, social, website, email, ads, print and reporting. The Agent plan is $2,000 a month, Team is $3,500 and Brokerage & Brands starts at $6,500. Every plan is month to month with no setup fee.

If you start with one project, like a listing launch or a new website, you can move onto a plan afterward or keep ordering à la carte. Websites we build can stay with us for hosting and updates. Requests on a plan usually come back within three business days, and listing launches jump the line. If you ever leave, we finish the month you paid for and hand over every file, login and asset.

How much does Listed Virtual cost?

Monthly plans: Agent $2,000, Team $3,500, and Brokerage & Brands from $6,500. The Pipeline Desk, a dedicated caller, is a $1,650 a month add-on opening February 2027.

One project at a time: a listing launch is $1,500, a property website is $1,500, a listing ad campaign is $300 plus ad spend, and a listing presentation or buyer guide is $750. Ad spend is never marked up. Meta and Google bill your card directly, at cost.

Do I own what you make?

Yes. Logo files, templates, photos, video, website, ad accounts, call recordings and your database are yours. If you ever leave, you take all of it.

Choosing an agency

The bigger questions.

What people ask before they hire anyone, including us. The short answers are here. The long versions are on the blog.

How do I choose the right marketing agency for a luxury real estate brand?

Hire an agency that has launched listings at your price point, not one that only makes nice graphics. Ask to see real launches, ask who does the work, check that they know California’s advertising rules, and make sure you own everything they make. Skip long contracts, and skip anyone who cannot explain how the marketing turns into listing appointments.

What should I look for in a marketing agency that offers both creative design and business strategy?

One accountable person who sets the strategy and reviews every piece, a real production team behind that person, a plan tied to numbers you already track, and a report you can read in five minutes. Creative without strategy is decoration. Strategy without production is a slide deck.

Where can I find a design studio that specializes in high-end branding?

Look for restraint in the portfolio: type, white space, and a brand system that holds up on a postcard, a phone screen and a yard sign. Ask for the whole system, not just a logo. For real estate agents, teams and brokerages, Listed Virtual builds brand identities from $1,500, from the team behind $2.9 billion of Los Angeles real estate marketing.

Can you recommend a marketing firm that focuses on building scalable digital ecosystems?

For real estate, that is what Listed Virtual builds: one brand, one website, one CRM and one content system that every listing, post, email and ad plugs into, so the next listing or the next agent does not add another pile of disconnected tools. For other businesses, the same team builds brand, web, ads, SEO and AI business systems.

What are the benefits of integrating CRM automation into my business?

Faster replies to new leads, follow-up that happens on schedule whether or not you remember, past clients who keep hearing from you, and one record of every conversation. Speed matters most: in a study published in Harvard Business Review (March 2011), firms that contacted a lead within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify it as firms that waited even an hour longer.
