Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We design with readable type sizes, sufficient color contrast, descriptive link text, alt text for meaningful images, keyboard navigation and layouts that work on phones.
Known limits
Some parts of the site come from third parties and may not fully meet these guidelines, including the listing map, booking and checkout pages, social media embeds and some PDF downloads. We keep improving what we control and ask our providers to improve theirs.
