Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us.
- Free launch preview and contact forms: first name, email, phone (optional), Instagram handle, your role, what you are interested in, and the property address, photos or details you send.
- Booking a call: your name, email, phone and anything you add to the booking form.
- Purchases and subscriptions: name, email, billing address and order details. Payments are processed by our checkout and payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Newsletter or blog signups: your email address.
- Client work: brand files, listing details, photos, account logins you choose to share, and contact lists or databases you ask us to email, text or call.
- Messages: what you send us by email, text, phone or social media.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our website platform and analytics tools collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location and the date and time of your visit, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
Information from others. Our clients may give us contact information for their own customers and leads so we can deliver services on their behalf. Advertising platforms may send us lead form submissions from ads we run for ourselves or for our clients.
How we use it
- Send the launch preview, answer questions and schedule calls
- Provide, bill for and support the services and products you buy
- Run marketing campaigns for our clients, on their instructions
- Send you service messages, and marketing email if you have signed up (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Measure and improve the site and our advertising
- Keep the site secure, prevent fraud and comply with the law
We never use personal information to decide who sees housing ads based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin or any other protected characteristic.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information for money. We share it only with:
- Service providers who run parts of our business for us: website hosting and checkout (Squarespace), payment processing, form processing (Formspree), email and file storage (Google Workspace), team messaging (Slack), design tools (Canva), email marketing, print and fulfillment partners, and calling, CRM and scheduling tools. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- Our team members and contractors, some of whom work outside the United States, under confidentiality obligations. Information handled outside the US may be subject to the laws of that country.
- Advertising and social platforms such as Meta and Google, when we run campaigns or measure our own ads.
- Professional advisers, a buyer of our business, or authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Text messages and calls
If you text us, we reply by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts from us at any time. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Calls placed through the Pipeline Desk may be recorded, and every recorded call starts with a notice.
Cookies, pixels and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your cart, understand how visitors use the site and measure our advertising. Some come from third parties such as Squarespace, Google and Meta, which may use what they collect under their own privacy policies, including to show you ads on other sites. California law may treat some advertising cookies as "sharing" personal information.
To opt out, use the cookie banner on our site, block cookies in your browser, adjust your ad settings with Google and Meta, or email us and we will stop any sharing we control. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
Your choices and California rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sharing it for advertising. We honor these requests from everyone, whether or not a particular privacy law applies to us.
Email zack@listedvirtual.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. We will confirm your request, may need to verify your identity, and will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
If we hold your information because one of our clients gave it to us (for example, you are in an agent's database), we will pass your request to that client, who controls that information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it: inquiries and leads for up to three years after our last contact, client records and invoices for seven years for tax and legal reasons, and client contact lists for the length of the engagement unless the client asks us to keep or return them. After that we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including limiting access to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
Our site and services are for adults in business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other sites and services, such as booking, social media and listing sites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
We will post any change here with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site or by email.
