This page covers the Canva template packs and other digital products sold at listedvirtual.com, and any physical products we sell. The seller is ZM3DIA LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Listed Virtual, 537 San Vicente Blvd #205, Santa Monica, CA 90402.
Your license
When you buy a pack, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own business. You may:
- Edit the templates in Canva or any compatible app
- Use the finished pieces in your own marketing, in print and online, including for listings you represent
- Let team members working under your brand use them for your business
- Print as many copies as you need
What the license does not allow
You may not:
- Resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the templates or files, edited or not
- Upload them to a template marketplace, share a Canva template link publicly, or include them in a product, course or bundle you sell
- Use them to create a competing template product
- Claim the template designs as your own creation
Each purchase covers one business. Brokerages that want to use a pack across offices or agents should email us first.
Your content and compliance
Placeholder images and sample text are for layout only. Replace them with your own photos, facts and copy. You are responsible for what you put into a template, including accuracy, your license number and broker information where required, fair housing rules, disclosure of digitally altered images, MLS and brokerage rules, and the rights to every photo and logo you add. Elements you add inside Canva are covered by Canva's own license.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered by download link right after checkout. If a link does not arrive or has expired, email zack@listedvirtual.com and we will send a new one.
Refunds on digital products
Digital files cannot be returned once delivered, so all sales of digital products are final. If a file is broken, incomplete or not what the product page described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you if we cannot. If you were charged twice for the same product, we refund the duplicate.
Physical products
Printed and merchandise items are made to order and shipped by our fulfillment partner. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or a size you selected.

Warranty and liability
Templates are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any result from using them. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it.
