The content of listedvirtual.com and our templates belong to ZM3DIA LLC or its licensors. Template buyers receive the license described in our Template License. Please do not copy our content without permission.
Listing photos and client work
Photos, video and other materials in our portfolio, case studies, listing map and client sites belong to their creators and owners and are shown with permission or under license. If you are a photographer or other rights holder and believe your work is shown without permission, email us. We will review it promptly and remove it if we cannot confirm a license.
Reporting infringement
If you believe material on our site, or on a website we host for a client, infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- The copyrighted work you believe was infringed
- The material you believe infringes and where it is (a URL is best)
- Your name, address, phone number and email
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner

Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature; the material removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original sender tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We end hosting and services for clients who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
Trademarks
Names and logos of brokerages, media outlets, platforms and other companies on our site belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Their appearance does not mean they endorse Listed Virtual.
