These terms govern your use of listedvirtual.com and anything you get from it ("the site"). The site is run by ZM3DIA LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Listed Virtual. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use the site for a business, you agree to these terms for that business.
What you may and may not do
You may browse, read and share links to the site. You may not copy, scrape or republish the site's content, data, listing map or templates beyond ordinary personal use; use the site to break any law or anyone's rights; try to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use; upload anything harmful; or send us information you do not have the right to share.
Our content
Everything on the site, including text, design, graphics, code, templates, the listing map and the market pages, belongs to ZM3DIA LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. "Listed Virtual" and the LV monogram are our trademarks. Other names and logos on the site, including brokerages, media outlets and platforms, belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean they endorse us.
Market data, listings and information
- Market figures come from the third-party sources named next to them, such as Redfin and the National Association of REALTORS®, for the periods shown. Sources revise their numbers, and we do not guarantee them.
- The listing map, case studies and portfolio show past work, including work Zack Wysocki did at brokerages and teams before Listed Virtual was formed. They are not current listings or offers, and details may be incomplete.
- Blog posts and guides are general information about real estate and marketing. They are not legal, tax, financial or real estate advice, and laws change. Check with a qualified professional before acting on them.
- Listed Virtual is a marketing agency. We are not a real estate brokerage and do not represent buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants.

The free launch preview
The preview is a free example of how we would market a property. It creates no obligation for you or for us, and we may decline any request. Send only information and photos you have the right to share. A preview is a mockup: before you publish or print any part of it, check every fact, make sure you have the rights to every photo, and add the disclosures your brokerage and the law require.
Purchases
Services are governed by our Client Terms. Digital products are governed by our Template License and Refund Policy. Prices on the site may change; the price at checkout or on your invoice is the one that applies.
Submissions
If you send us ideas, feedback or testimonials, you allow us to use them without payment. We will ask before we publish your name, photo or quote.
Third-party sites and services
The site links to and uses services run by others, such as booking, checkout, maps and social media. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is under their terms.
Disclaimer
The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ZM3DIA LLC, its owner, team members and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, commissions, listings or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless ZM3DIA LLC and its team from claims and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site, the content you send us, or your breach of these terms.
Disputes
Please contact us first; most problems are solved with one call. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, it will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles County, California. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may ask a court to stop infringement of intellectual property. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a class or representative action. Nothing in this section waives a right to public injunctive relief that California law does not allow to be waived. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first using the site. If arbitration does not apply, disputes go to the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County.
Governing law
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and general terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms; we may, as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
